How to invite team members to your Papermark account?

Invite Team Members

This guide explains how to invite team members to your Papermark workspace.

Step 1: Go to Invite Settings

You can invite team members in two ways:

  1. Click "Invite Members" in the left sidebar
  2. Or go to Settings → People

Step 2: Send Invitation

  1. Click the "Invite" button
  2. Enter the email address of your team member
  3. Click "Send Invite"

Step 3: Team Member Access

  1. Your team member will receive an invitation email
  2. They need to create a Papermark account to join
  3. Once registered, they'll have access to your workspace

Team Members Per Plan

  • Pro: 2 team members included
  • Business: 3 team members included
  • Data Rooms: 3 team members included
