This guide explains how to invite team members to your Papermark workspace.
Step 1: Go to Invite Settings
You can invite team members in two ways:
- Click "Invite Members" in the left sidebar
- Or go to Settings → People
Step 2: Send Invitation
- Click the "Invite" button
- Enter the email address of your team member
- Click "Send Invite"
Step 3: Team Member Access
- Your team member will receive an invitation email
- They need to create a Papermark account to join
- Once registered, they'll have access to your workspace
Team Members Per Plan
- Pro: 2 team members included
- Business: 3 team members included
- Data Rooms: 3 team members included
Note: Team members are not viewers, you have unlimited viewers on every plan including free plan
